Pregnancy journey
After several months after give birth to my baby, now only settle down, and at the same time got this opportunity to allow us (me and my hubby) write our blog here.
When we got to know that I am pregnant, we feel so excited, no words can describe on it. (I think most of the going to be parents will have this kind of feeling)
Just would like to share with you some of the information and experience we have throughout the pregnancy process.
As a Mummy responsibilities:-
Took more nutritient food, if possible home cooking, below are the food that I used to take while pregnant
- Corn
- Muesli
- Sweet potato
- Green vegetables
- Fruits
- Milk powder (annum)
- Bird nest
- Sun Seeds
- Chinese herbs (dong chong chao)
- Relax, rest more
- listening to the music
- Always chat with your baby, she/he will listen and learn.

- must strictly follow the pregnancy checkup schedule
As a Daddy responsibilities:-
- Accompany your wife more often
- Cook for your wife, or help to clean up after cooking.
- Massage for your wife’s leg when swallon

Enjoy the whole pregnancy process, snap shot of the photo, perhaps write in your diary and give to your baby as a gift when she/he grow up. I am sure they will appreciate it.
